CONTRACT PREMISE

The conditions defined in this regulation apply only between the company ad ballet designer srls, headquartered in Monza (MB), via Ippolito Nievo 1, PI 10152470968 REA registration no. MB-251084 which we will hereafter refer to as aliceedanza and the customer who purchases online at the website www.aliceedanza.com

The terms and conditions herein may be subject to change over time, and the date of publication of these terms and conditions on the site is equivalent to their effective date.

These conditions govern only purchases made on www.aliceedanza.com, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree. n. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree. n. 21/2014 and by Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce.

 

GENERAL CONTRACT PROVISIONS

  1. The general conditions of sale on this site serve to establish that aliceedanza sells and the CUSTOMER purchases the indicated goods at a distance through the online store on the site www.aliceedanza.com; The contract will be concluded exclusively through the Internet.
  2. Before proceeding to confirm their order, the CUSTOMER agrees to read these general conditions of sale and accept them by placing a flag in the box indicated to validate the existing contract.
  3. The CUSTOMER will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order also containing the link to download and archive and/or a pdf copy of these terms and conditions of sale, as normatively provided or see the status of the shipment
  4. The sales contract is concluded when aliceedanza sends the CUSTOMER an e-mail confirming the order. The e-mail contains all of the CUSTOMER’s data along with other information such as the order number, the delivery address to which the goods will be sent, and the price of the goods purchased by the customer and the successful payment, as well as the link that will be useful for the CUSTOMER to print and file the copy of these conditions and/or a pdf copy of them.
  5. aliceedanza you may refuse to accept an order if any of these conditions occur:
    • a -the items are not currently available on the online store;
    • b – payment authorization cannot be obtained;
    • d – the price of a product is reported with an incorrect figure;
    • and – in case the order is not complete with all the necessary data in order to be able to close the sale
  6. The CUSTOMER agrees to verify that his/her personal information entered in his/her profile and order is correct and, if not, agrees to promptly notify aliceedanza of any corrections at ordini@aliceedanza.com,
  7. All purchase orders for products transmitted to aliceedanza must be complete in every part and must contain all elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered. Each product order transmitted constitutes a contractual proposal from the customer and therefore, will be binding on aliceedanza only if, confirmed by the same for acceptance. Fulfillment of the order by aliceedanza is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the order.
  8. Fulfillment of the order is subject to receipt of payment (in advance) of the amount due to aliceedanza according to the selected payment method, only then the order will be concluded
  9. Payment can be made very conveniently and quickly through all credit and prepaid cards associated with a Paypal account, Satispay or by bank transfer. The aliceedanza website ensures maximum security for online payments. Pay pal platform gives the possibility to installment the amount in three installments without added commission, in case it is directed to consult the site in question and aliceedanza does not take responsibility for it
  10. 10 If the transaction is made through the PayPal or Satispay payment method and the credit companies confirm payment, usually immediately, then the shipment will leave within 3 to 4 business days. In the event that the CUSTOMER decides to use the bank transfer mode, the CUSTOMER agrees to transmit the copy of the bank transfer account directly to the email of ordini@aliceedanza.com so as to give aliceedanza the opportunity to cross-check with the banking institution, only after checking the success of the payment aliceedanza agrees to ship the goods within 3 to 4 working days. For this reason, the goods will be put into shipment always and only after receipt of payment, with no possibility of exceptions to this rule
  11. In case of non-execution of the order by aliceedanza (if the same is due to unavailability of the products ordered by the Customer) the seller will as soon as possible to inform the customer and agree on the method of reimbursement: either by refunding the sums that the latter may have already paid for the non-executed supply or to a replacement of the product in case the customer chooses an alternative.
  12. Unless otherwise indicated, prices of products published by aliceedanza should be understood to include VAT. Product prices from time to time published by aliceedanza cancel and replace previous ones at least that the Customer has already finalized the order (at which point the agreed and finalized price remains) always subject to the actual availability of the Products
  13. Shipments will be made by express courier in the STANDARD mode and in general the goods, including the technical time described in point 9 of said contract, will be received by the customer within the 6 or 7 working days, at least of problems such as those of point 10 that will be promptly communicated or to problems not attributed by aliceedanza but to the courier
  14. The cost of STANDARD shipping is €10, even to the major Italian islands (Sicily and Sardinia), and this amount is regularly displayed at the end of each order. The cost of shipping to Europe is a flat rate of € 25.00. The virtual store aliceedanza ships to Italy part of Europe, The goods will be shipped and this action will be communicated to the CUSTOMER by sending an appropriate e-mail message the moment the products leave the store location. At any time you can check the status of your order by accessing the Reserved Area of the Website within the section called” My Orders”.
  15. In any case in which the package has signs of alteration, CUSTOMER shall promptly mark it at the time of delivery by taking care to sign with reserve the appropriate Proof of Delivery document prepared by the courier.
  16. In case of non-delivery of products at the given address due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a card to certify the first delivery attempt. On the card will be indicated the data that the CUSTOMER must use to independently contact the courier and define an appointment for the second delivery attempt, in order to avoid the package being put in storage, an eventuality that will exclude aliceedanza from the possibility of responding. Storage is a fee-based service, so the cost and responsibility for goods placed in storage for reasons not attributable to our error are always borne by the recipient.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. aliceedanza guarantees the full satisfaction of the CUSTOMER during his/her shopping, therefore, also in accordance with the legal provisions in force, in the event that the CUSTOMER changes his/her mind, he/she will have the right to withdraw from the purchase without being charged any penalty and without having to report the reasons that led him/her to change his/her mind. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in this way you can get a refund of the price paid with the exclusion of what was paid as shipping costs at the time of the order.
  2. The CUSTOMER who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify aliceedanza by registered mail with return receipt or by direct communication entered in the “My Account” restricted area of the site that allows the return by clicking on the “Return Ticket” menu item.
  3. In the return procedure, the CUSTOMER must specify the purchase order number and the details of the goods to be returned, at which point he/she can submit the ticket. Once the ticket has been received aliceedanza will assess the situation and, if the return conditions have been correctly met, will send a Return Authorization email within 24 hours. Authorization for the same will be denied otherwise. If the return has been accepted, CUSTOMER must print the Return Authorization email, place it in the package, and ship the products within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  4. In case the customer wants to make the return for size change or other issues they want to solve it is recommended to send an email to ordini@aliceedanza.com stating the reason, the Customer will be contacted to agree on the best way.
  5. Cash on delivery returns are not accepted
  6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of made-to-measure or customized goods such as some garments previously altered before shipment if requested by the Customer.
  7. The responsibility, risks and costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.
  8. In case of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to aliceedanza his will to withdraw from the contract of purchase of the goods, which must be returned to aliceedanza, Via I: Nievo 1-20900 MONZA (MB)
  9. The costs related to the return are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER, who assumes full responsibility for it and can arrange for the return in the manner he or she prefers: the courier to which aliceedanza is subscribed will be able to offer adequate service, complying with the instructions provided precisely.
  10. Products purchased and then returned must be in the same condition in which they were shipped from aliceedanza packed in their undamaged original packaging which may not be damaged in any way. The goods must be intact without having been used, washed, ironed or altered in any other way, and the attached tax documentation must be present. In the event that the handling of the product, such as the fit, has produced a decrease in the value of the product itself then aliceedanza will be entitled to claim a monetary refund commensurate with the decrease in the value of the returned product itself.
  11. Under Italian law, the right of withdrawal is reserved for the Consumer natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried on.
  12. Once it has ascertained the good condition of the returned products and the existence of all conditions of return, aliceedanza will refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods through the means used by the CUSTOMER at the time of purchase. In case the payment was made by bank transfer, the CUSTOMER will release his/her IBAN in order to receive a transfer regarding the return.
  13. As stipulated in Art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree. 21/2014, aliceedanza may suspend reimbursement until receipt of the goods or CUSTOMER’s demonstration

 

PERSONAL DATA REGULATIONS

  1. The collection and processing of customer-referred data is carried out in accordance with the law. It is the user’s right to consult, modify, or have his or her data deleted by writing to ordini@aliceedanza.com
