Shipments

In case of payment via PayPal or Satispay, and once the payment confirmation is received (normally immediate), aliceedanza will process the order and ship the goods within 3-4 working days.

In the case of payment via bank transfer, the CUSTOMER is required to send a copy of the payment receipt to the email address ordini@aliceedanza.com. The shipment will be made only after verifying the credit in the aliceedanza bank account. Even in this case, the goods will be shipped within 3-4 working days from payment confirmation.

Important note: shipping will occur exclusively after the actual receipt of payment, without any exceptions.

Shipments are made via express courier in STANDARD mode. Unless delays are attributable to the courier or exceptional situations, delivery will occur within 6-7 working days, including the above-mentioned technical times.

Shipping costs

• Italy (including major islands such as Sicily and Sardinia): €10

• Europe (where available): €25 (flat rate)

The shipping cost will be clearly indicated at the end of the purchase process, before the order confirmation.

At the time of order departure, the CUSTOMER will receive a shipping confirmation email, with useful information to monitor the delivery status.
At any time, you can check the order status by accessing the Reserved Area of the site www.aliceedanza.com in the “My Orders” section.
